WEM HMC-LITE 4G

Know your motor’s condition. Control it with safeguards.

Monitor running current, voltage, water level, protection inputs, alarms, and run hours from a phone. Designed for the first 5.5 HP, 220 V, 60 Hz single-phase and three-phase prototypes—and adaptable to pumps and industrial motors.

WEM is a trade name. PHILIN Industrial Corp. remains the legal operator. Cabinet construction and commissioning require a qualified electrical professional.

ONE CONNECTED WEM SYSTEM

From cabinet to customer phone.

Motor condition

Live current, phase readings, optional isolated voltage, run state, contactor feedback, run hours, and 4G signal.

Water automation

Local demand, full-tank, and source/dry-run inputs keep normal pump cycles working even when the mobile network is unavailable.

Protected phone control

START needs explicit permission, a reason, a cabinet-specific confirmation, fresh telemetry, and every live safety permissive.

Alarm history

Operators can review trips, command acknowledgements, configuration changes, and controller events without exposing device credentials.

FIRST WORKING PROTOTYPES

One WEM smart core. Two 220 V power profiles.

The same control software and 4G platform serves both cabinets. Commissioning selects the matching power module and verifies the hardwired compatibility contact before operation.

01
WEM HMC-LITE 4G

5.5 HP single-phase

220 V · 60 Hz · deepwell, booster, transfer, dewatering, or compatible industrial-motor application.

02
WEM HMC-LITE 4G

5.5 HP three-phase

220 V · 60 Hz · three current channels, phase protection, and confirmed motor rotation during commissioning.

SAFETY BOUNDARY

The phone supervises. The cabinet protects.

Physical breaker and short-circuit protection, correctly selected overload, E-stop, local STOP, phase or supply protection, source/dry-run protection, compatibility wiring, external watchdog, grounding, and safe enclosure construction remain authoritative. WEM software is not a certified machinery-safety controller.

APPLICATION FLEXIBILITY

Water and industrial duty.

Deepwell and submersible pumps

Tank-level demand, full-level stop, dry-run protection, current monitoring, and protected remote supervision.

Booster and transfer systems

Adapt the isolated inputs to approved pressure or level logic while preserving the local protection chain.

Sewage and dewatering

Monitor running condition and alarms while qualified design handles floats, duty logic, and hazardous-environment requirements.

Industrial motors

Use the same smart controller for compatible direct-on-line or VFD permissive interfaces after application-specific engineering review.
